Commission Requests are concept product ideas that you,
the customer, has suggested for us to make.
If there are no pictures of the actual product, this means
that it is an item that has not yet been made by
our company before.

Important: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!

1. If none of the regular sizes apply to your feet shape and/or size, please choose the "TAILOR MADE" option.

2. If you are not sure on how to measure, you can refer to our "How To Measure" section .

3. Depending on your computer's color resolution, and also because they are hand made, some of our product's colors may appear different from the actual product.

4. Our custom sizes may be different from others, so please refer to our shoe size chart near the bottom of the page.

5. These shoes are made for show, and not made to be as comfortable as real shoes. Please take note of this.

6. Materials used will be a shiny vinyl material, or synthetic leather.

Shoes take an average processing time of 2-3 weeks.

Commission Request shoes take an average processing time of 3-5 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of style.

*if there is an actual picture of the product, it will just be the average processing time of 2-3 weeks, since it has been made by our tailor teams before.
