The shipping price reflects weight, destination and covers additional charges we incur from our tailor teams. These charges will automatically be calculated when you place an order.
Our standard shipping method is US Priority Mail and is guaranteed within 2-3 days of the shipping date. International orders are delivered within 6-10 days of the shipping date. All priority mail shipments included USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation where available. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes or custom fees and COSPLAY HOUSE is not responsible for these charges.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO are considered on-demand regions, and may require a little more time for delivery. These destinations outside the continental US usually require 3-6 days for delivery. APO/FPO delivery overseas can take up to 2-3 weeks.

For all shipments valued over $250, we require that a signature be obtained for deliveries made via Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Insurance and/or signature requirement on orders under $250 is at our discretion and is available upon request. Please check the 'No Signature' box on the order form if this will cause an inconvenience or if you would prefer a non-signature delivery of your order. We will not be responsible for parcels that are lost of stolen because a signature was not required at delivery.
We may not be able to use Priority Mail for delivery of large or oversized items. Orders that are physically too large for Priority Mail may be switched to UPS Ground Shipping.
Wrong Delivery Address / Delivery failed packages
COSPLAY HOUSE ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Please double check your order to make sure all valuable information such as apartment/unit numbers, phone numbers, zip code or other important information is correct for package delivery. In the event that such information is left out, please contact customer service immediately. In the event where you are too late in picking up a package, and it get re-delivered to us or our production teams, we can re-ship it out to you. However, you will have to pay for the re-shipment fees.
COSPLAY HOUSE is not responsible for any additional charges needed to re-ship or retrieve packages.
