Commission Requests are concept product ideas that you,
the customer, has suggested for us to make.
If there are no pictures of the actual product, this means
that it is an item that has not yet been made by
our company before.

Important: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!

1. Wigs, shoes, and props (ex. helmets/swords) are sold separately, unless stated otherwise.

2. If you are not sure on how to measure, you can refer to our "How To Measure" section.

3. Depending on your computer's color resolution, some of our product's colors may appear different from the actual product.

4. Our custom sizes may be different from others, so please refer to our size chart to the left of our website.

5. We do not sell costume items individually.

6. Please include how much playroom you require in the customer notes

7. Our costumes are made for cosplay purposes, and so wearability as normal clothing is limited.

8. Designs in costumes may slightly vary, since these costumes are all hand made.

9. If you want any slight alterations done on the costume (such as a different color), we can do that for you. Just include a small description of what you would like in the Customer Notes section provided.

Please note that this may make the costume's processing time a little longer than normal, since our tailor teams would need time to find the right fabrics and materials to suit your needs.

Costumes take an average of 3-5 weeks to process and make.

Commission requests take an average of 5-7 weeks or more.

These are our average processing times; times may vary depending on the complexity of style or lack of materials.

This does not include shipping time.

*ATTENTION: If there is already an actual picture of the product (a picture of the costume on a mannequin, and not a regular show image),

it will just be the average 3-5 weeks processing time, since it has already been made before.

All of our costumes are TAILOR MADE, and only produced right when you order, which is why the long processing time is required. Because they are hand made, the processing times do not differ even when you do the TAILOR MADE option for costume sizing, or go by our regular size chart. We DO NOT have costumes pre-made, unless you go to our In Stock section, located to the left of our website categorized by size.
